Managing Photos
Add a Collection
To add and upload a new album or collection of photos to MailPix or Facebook, On the "MY PHOTOS" Page, click the "Plus" next to the Directory header on the left side of the page while viewing your photos.

Refresh Photos
Reload your photo list. Great for applying updates and checking for newly uploaded photos.

Search Photos
Search your collections for various photos based on the image title and description.
|
Sort Photos
Sort your photos and albums by the Date Taken, or by their Title/Name. In the case of collections, you can sort by the number of photos in each collection.

Expand Collections
Expand your Albums/Collections to view creation date, description and privacy settings.

View/Enlarge Photo
When you hover your mouse over images in your collection, you will see a magnifying glass. If you click on the magnifying glass, you will open your photo full size allowing you to scroll through your images one at a time.

Download Photo
When viewing a collection, select a single photo and click on the "Down Arrow" to download photo. When viewing a single photo full size, click the "Download Button" across the bottom of the screen to download the photo. Only one photo can be downloaded at a time.

Delete Photo
When viewing a collection, select a single photo, or multiple photos and click on the "Trash Can" to delete photo(s). When viewing a single photo full size, click the "Delete Button" across the bottom of the screen to delete the photo. The "Trash Can" icon may also appear while creating projects, allowing you do remove a photo or text box from your project.

Edit Photo
When viewing a collection, select a single photo and click on the "Pencil" to edit the photo using Aviary or PicMonkey. The edit option is also available when viewing a single image, and creating products such as Books, Cards, Calendars and Gifts. Just look for the "Pencil".

Scale Thumbnail Sizes
When viewing a collection, Drag the "Point" back and forth between the boxes to shrink and/or enlarge the images you are viewing in your collections. Great if you want to view your images larger to see specific details.

Next/Previous Navigation
When browsing single photos or previewing your projects, just click on the left and right arrows to navigate between images or pages.

Rotate Photo
When browsing single photos or creating projects such as Books, Cards, Calendars and Gifts, just click on the rotate arrows to rotate your photos.

Creating Books, Cards, Calendars & Gifts
Photos
Access your photo collections while creating projects by clicking on the "Photos" icon on the top left of the screen.

Layouts
Access Layout options while creating projects by clicking on the "Layout" icon on the top left of the screen. Different Layouts allow you to add multiple photos in different layouts.

Backgrounds
Access background options while creating projects by clicking on the "Backgrounds" icon on the top left of the screen. Any backgrounds that may be available for your product or specific style will load, allowing you to customize the backgrounds for your product.

Add a Photo
Move photos around and create your own custom layouts while creating projects by clicking on the "Add Photo" icon on the top right of the screen. (Option may not be available on all products)

Add a Text Box
Add text while creating projects by clicking on the "Add Text" icon on the top right of the screen. (Option may not be available on all products)

Add a Page
Add extra pages to a book by clicking on the "Add Page" icon on the top right of the screen. (Option may not be available on all products at all times. Many books have a maximum number of pages that cannot be exceeded. You cannot add more pages than the maximum will allow.)

Delete a Page
Delete extra pages from a book by clicking on the "Delete Page" icon on the top right of the screen. (Option may not be available on all products at all times. Many books have page a minimum that will not allow you to delete pages to a number less than the minimum. The first page in many books cannot be deleted.)

Preview Full Screen
Preview your project full screen. (Option may not be available on all products)

Add Gridlines
Add gridlines to help you create your project and line photos up. Just click on the icon on the bottom left of the page while creating your project. Gridlines will not be printed - they are only to assist you while building. (Option may not be available on all products)

Forward/Backward Layering
Create your own layouts and overlap different photo and text elements to add interest to your project. The "Send Backward" and "Bring Forward" buttons allow you to change the layering position of your text and photos. (Option may not be available on all products)

Set as Background
Set the selected photo in your project as the background image for that layout. Design great photo books with full photo backgrounds. (Option may not be available on all products)

Set Opacity
Create great overlay effects by changing the opacity of the images in your projects (Option may not be available on all products)
|
Borders
Change the color and thickness of the border around each photo in your project. (Option may not be available on all products)
|
Zoom
Zoom in on a photo within your project, or zoom in on text to enlarge text. (Option may not be available on all products)

Move Photo
When selecting a photo within a project, click within the "Arrow Circle" in the center of the photo to move the photo around within the frame, and not around on the page or project. Best used when adjusting the cropping of each photo within a project. (Option may not be available on all products)

Format Text
Change the Font, Color, Size, Layout and Alignment of text within a textbox in your project. (Option may not be available on all products)
