Do you ship outside the United States?
We provide shipping to the United States and Canada.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but since we are a California based company, only California residents shipping to a California address have to pay sales tax.
How do I update item quantities within the Shopping Cart?
Access your current Shopping Cart by clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" button on the top right of our page.
Next to the product you wish to update, change the Quantity listed to the desired quantity, and click the "Update" link to apply the change. Optionally, you can click the "Remove" link to remove that item from your shopping cart completely.

How do I refund my order?
At MailPix.com, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are ever unhappy with anything you purchase,
please contact us so we can replace it at no charge or arrange a refund. It’s that easy!
We ask that you return the unsatisfactory items. If you request a replacement, we'll arrange for you to reorder the original items at no charge.

Getting pictures into MailPix
What file types can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG & TIFF
What is the largest file size I can upload?
We do not recommend uploading photos larger than 10 Megabytes. Although the site may allow you to upload larger images, it will only slow down the order production process.
Using your pictures on MailPix
How do I Upload Photos or Create a New Collection?
Click theUpload Photos button at the top of our screen.
In the left hand sidebar, click the "New" Button.
Enter a name for your New Collection and Optional Description.
After entering a name for your collection, click the "Add" Button.

Browse to locate your pictures on your computer, or drag and drop them into the window.
When browsing, you can select multiple pictures by using your "Shift" and/or "Ctrl" keys.

After choosing your photos, choose the upload speed. If you would like to store Full Resolution images on our site, choose the "Large Upload" option.
If you wish to upload photos to a pre-existing collection, simply select your collection from the left hand sidebar, and click the small Orange "Upload Photos" button located above your photos.

Can I move photos from one collection to another?
Yes! When viewing your photos, click on the "Organize" button on the top right of the screen.
Now you can copy your photos from one collection to another by dragging the photo over top another collection on the left hand sidebar. If you do not wish to keep the duplicate copy, just hover over the unwanted photo and click the "X" to delete it.
To return to the normal Print Ordering screen, click on the green "Order Prints" button.
How can I delete a photo?
Select a photo, and click on the trash can icon.

Or, Enlarge your photo by clicking on the magnifying glass.
Then click the Delete button to Delete each photo.

How do I delete a collection of photos?
Select a collection from the left hand side of your My Photos Page and click the "Options" Button

In the Pop Up Window, Click the red "Delete Collection" button.

Can I download my Pictures?
Yes, Select your photo, and click the Download Icon.
(Note, You can only download one photo at a time)

Or, Enlarge your photo by clicking on the magnifying glass.
Then click the download button to download each photo.

How do I view a slideshow of my Images?
Select a collection from the left hand side of your My Photos Page and click the "Slideshow" Button

Can I edit my photos online?
Yes, Just Select a photo, and click on the Edit icon.

Or, Enlarge your photo by clicking on the magnifying glass.
Then click the Edit button to edit each photo.

You have the option of using Aviary or PicMonkey(From the creators of Picnik).
Do you color correct my photos?
We do not apply any corrections to your photos. We do however calibrate our machines to ensure you are getting the best color quality possible, which should closely match the images you send us for printing.
Do you Automatically Crop My Photos?
If you order a print size that does not fit your image, your photos will be cropped. Our site will prompt you to crop your images by adjusting the crop area on each image prior to check out. Optionally, you can choose to have us print all your photos without cropping. LEARN MORE
Using Facebook and Instagram
How do I Log in with my Facebook Account?
In another window, make sure you are currently logged into your Facebook account
Click the "Sign In" button at the top of our screen.
In the pop up window, click the blue "Sign in with Facebook" button.

*If you currently have an account on MailPix using a different email address than your Facebook account, you will have to link the 2 accounts before you can sign in with your Facebook account. If you do not have an account on MailPix, please Create an Account for free using your Facebook Log in information.
How do I connect my current MailPix Account to my Facebook and Instagram Accounts?
There are two ways to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to MailPix.
Once you are logged in, click the "My Photos" button at the top of our screen.
On the bottom left of your photo screen, click on either Facebook or Instagram and click the "Connect" button to log in and connect your accounts.

Optionally, after logging in, click the "My Account" link at the top of our screen.
Select the "Photo Services" Option and link your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Click Save once you are done.

I see the option, but I cannot view my friends Facebook Photos.
Your friends individually set their privacy options on Facebook. If you are unable to view their photos using MailPix, it could be due to their privacy settings. We cannot control this.
How do I Disable/Enable my friends from accessing my Facebook Photos on MailPix?
Log in to your Facebook Account and in your account drop down menu (on the top right of the screen) select "Privacy Settings"
Select "Friends" and "Edit Settings" for Ads, Apps and Websites.

Select "Edit Settings" for How people bring your info to apps they use.

Add or Remove a Check next to "Photos" to enable/disable access and "Save Changes"

Can I share my MailPix Photos on Facebook?
Not at this Time.
Can MailPix Control the photos in my Facebook Account?
Yes! After you connnect your Facebook account to MailPix, you can fully manage your Facebook Photos.
-Create New Facebook Albums or Collections and upload photos to them using MailPix
-Delete Photos within MailPix to delete them from your Facebook Account
Photo Sharing & Facebook Sharing
How do I share photos on MailPix?
Select a collection from the left hand side of your My Photos Page and click the "Share" Button

ALL PUBLIC PHOTOS WILL BE SHARED. The collection you select will be the first collection your friends and family see when you share your photos, but they will also have access to all of your other public collections.
How do I make a collection Private, or Public?
Select a collection from the left hand side of your My Photos Page and click the "Options" Button

In the Pop Up Window, Under Privacy, You can choose to make your collections Private and Require a Password (Optional) if you want others to view your photos.

Can I share my MailPix Photos on Facebook?
Not at this Time.
Can I share my Facebook Photos?
Yes! After you connnect your Facebook account to MailPix, you are able to share your Facebook albums using our site. The recipient will be sent a link to your album on Facebook. They must be logged in to Facebook to view your photos.

Really, Unlimited Free Storage?
Yes! MailPix.com features free, lifetime, unlimited storage of your memories!
The only condition is that you remain active by logging in, uploading or ordering from our site a minimum of every six months, that’s it! Of course you should always keep your originals backed up on your own system and not rely on MailPix as your only source of your memories.
What Type of Paper do you print on?
All Prints, Posters & Collages are printed on either Kodak Edge or Fuji Crystal, Silver Hallide Photographic Paper, and are available in Glossy or Matte Surfaces.
Can I order a CD of my pictures?
Not at this time.
